About project

The project “European practice for the transition from school to the labor market.” is part of the strategy of internationalization of the activities of Liceul Tehnologic Bratianu high school. Thus, we have proposed that by 2025, a number of 336 students and 40 practice teachers will participate at international mobilities, at practice internships in real working conditions. Within this

project, 4 internships will be implemented with a duration of 3 weeks each, under real working conditions, for 40 participants registered in the “services profile” at the Bratianu High School.

Within this project, we want to offer the possibility for two practice teachers, to follow a 2-week training internship, within an external partner, where they will observe how the internships are organized and implemented in real working conditions.

The students participating in the project mobilities are divided into the following qualifications:

– 10 participants, registered at the professional school, 10th grade, qualification “waiter”.

– 10 participants, registered at the professional school, 10th grade, qualification “auto mechanic”.

– 10 participants registered at the 10th grade, high school, qualification “food industry”.

– 10 participants registered in the 11th grade, high school, qualification “technician in economic activities”.

The main activities of the project was:

  1. Project management
  2. Selection of the participants.
  3. Preparation of the participants before the mobility.
  4. Realization of the mobilities.
  5. Validation of the internship and ensuring the ECVET transfer.
  6. Ensuring the visibility of the project.
  7. Evaluation of the project.
  8. Dissemination of project results.
  9. Measuring the impact of the project and measures to continue the project.

4 mobility organized

Within the project, 4 mobility will be organized, each of them having 10 participants and an accompanying teacher. An accompanying teacher is required for each mobility stream, because at least 7 participants will be minors at the beginning of each mobility.

The accompanying teachers will guide and supervise the participants throughout the internship and will ensure that the practical activities are in line with the learning objectives of the participants. The accompanying teachers will organize along with the reception partners and the cultural rehabilitation program for the participants.

The specific objectives of the project are:

O1. Increasing the quality and volume of VET learners’ mobilities by implementing the ECVET system to ensure transparency, certification, validation and recognition of learning outcomes achieved by students at European level in order to facilitate their integration into a multicultural economic environment.

O2. Consolidation of partnerships between Technological High School Bratianu and the external partners and exchange of good practices in the field of organizing the internships in real working conditions.

O3. Ensuring a transition from school to work for participants.

Participants will complete a practice program in real working conditions lasting 6 hours daily from Monday to Friday.

The learning results obtained by participants during the VET mobilities will be validated by issuing and validating by our

institution the Europass certificate, a European instrument for validating the learning outcomes. The Europass certificate will be signed by the hosting partners.

The validation of the acquired competences will be realized by verifying the Europass certificate to have passed all the implemented activities, all the competences acquired by participants during the mobility. The final evaluation will be

done through the practical test. Each participant will conduct a practical demonstration in front of the evaluation commission an activity acquired during the mobility.
